Refund and Cancellation

All cancellations, requests for refunds, or transfer of registration must be made and confirmed via email to events@campusleaders.org. Telephone requests will not be honored.


Refund Levels and Deadlines

Note: Hotel block reimbursement requests will not be granted.

For registration refunds:

  • Requests made on or before April 12, 2019, will receive a full refund of total ticket registration costs.

  • Requests made after April 12, 2018, and before May 15, 2018, will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total ticket registration cost.

  • Requests made on or after May 15, 2018, are not eligible for a refund.


Transferring Hotel Block Reservation
You may transfer your hotel block reservation up to 10 days before the event date as long as the student who fills the spot is eligible, per NCLC’s PLS eligibility policy.


Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Family Member
Should the registrant be unable to attend PLS due to death, illness, injury, or family emergency,
we will honor a full refund. We must be notified in writing before the event starts in order to
process the refund.


Refund Processing
NCLC will refund fees as soon as possible and no later three (3) weeks after the conference has
concluded.


Returned Check Policy:
If any checks are returned because of insufficient funds, NCLC will charge a $35 return fee.

Registrants will also be required to pay the amount NCLC is charged by the financial institution that returned the check. NCLC reserves the right to refuse to honor future checks submitted by violators.
